Terms of Service
Last updated 21 October 2026
Boutt is launching soon in Lahore. These pages describe how the app will work when it goes live. Questions before then? Email [email protected].
These terms are an agreement between you and Boutt. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. Please read them; they are written to be short and clear.
What Boutt is
Boutt is a platform that helps players find each other and organise casual games at sports venues. Boutt is not a sports club, does not run the games, and does not own or operate the venues. Court booking and payments are not offered in the app yet; the host of a game arranges the court directly with the venue.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Boutt.
- Use your real name and keep your details accurate. One account per person.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
Hosting and joining games
- If you host a game, you are responsible for describing it accurately, arranging the court with the venue, and letting players know if it changes or is cancelled.
- If you join a game, turn up or leave the game in the app in good time so someone else can take your spot. Reliability is shown on your profile.
- Any cost sharing (for example splitting the court fee) is agreed between players. Boutt is not part of that arrangement and cannot refund or enforce it.
- Follow the venue's own rules, opening hours and fees.
Your conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse anyone, on or off the field;
- post anything illegal, sexual, hateful, violent or misleading, or impersonate someone else;
- use Boutt to sell things, advertise, gamble, or send spam;
- create fake games or accounts, or collect other users' information;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around blocks and limits.
The full list is in our Community Guidelines.
Your content
You own what you post: your profile, photos, messages and reviews. You give Boutt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and process that content only to run and improve the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already seen it (for example messages in a group chat) or we must keep it for legal or safety reasons.
We may remove content or restrict features if we believe something breaks these terms or puts people at risk.
Safety and risk
Sport involves physical risk, and Boutt connects you with people you may not know. You take part in games at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, equipment and belongings. We do not run background checks on users. Please read our safety tips, meet only at public venues, and report anyone who makes you feel unsafe. In an emergency call 15 (police) or 1122 (rescue).
Venues
Venue information in Boutt (names, locations, sports, opening hours) comes from public sources and users and may be incomplete or out of date. Check details with the venue before you go. Listing a venue does not mean it is affiliated with or endorsed by Boutt.
Suspension and closing accounts
You can stop using Boutt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our guidelines, or to protect other users, and will explain why where we can.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Boutt is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that games will happen as planned. To the extent the law allows, Boutt is not liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising from games, venues or interactions between users, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Boutt grows, for example when booking and payments launch. We will update the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes before they apply. If you keep using Boutt after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore unless the law where you live says otherwise. Questions: [email protected].
