Delete your account

Boutt is launching soon in Lahore. These pages describe how the app will work when it goes live. Questions before then? Email [email protected].

You can delete your Boutt account at any time. It takes under a minute and can't be undone.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Boutt and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the settings icon in the top right.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Boutt account”. We will confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, photo, phone number and location.
  • Games you host (they are removed for everyone), and your place in games you joined.
  • Your messages, friendships, notifications, achievements, and the reviews you wrote.
  • Usage data stays only as anonymous counts and is no longer linked to you.

Data is removed from our live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. Feedback or reports you sent us may be kept without your name where needed to keep other players safe.
